This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made on Shreeyammart.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

🕒 1. How Long Does a Customer Have to Return an Item?

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered. After this period, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

📦 2. In What Condition Can Items Be Returned?

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping will not be accepted.

🔁 3. How Do Exchanges Work?

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  2. Include photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Upon verification, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

If the exact item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

💸 4. Do You Offer Refunds and Returns on Sale Items?

Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Promotional Discounts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

This ensures fairness and compliance with supplier return restrictions.

🚚 5. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Shreeyammart covers all return shipping costs.
  • For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

💳 6. Will a Refund Be Issued? If So, How Much?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, a full or partial refund (depending on the condition and reason) will be issued.

  • Full refund: for defective or incorrect items.
  • Partial refund: for items not returned in original condition or past the return window.

💰 7. Store Credit or Original Payment Method?

Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, etc.). If refund processing is not feasible, store credit of equal value may be offered.

Refunds generally appear in your account within 5–10 business days after approval.

⚠️ 8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 45 days of dispatch, please contact us. We will conduct a logistics verification and, if confirmed lost, issue a full refund or replacement.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
