1. Processing & Handling

All orders are subject to verification, quality checks, and packaging prior to shipment.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed during high-volume periods may require additional time.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Our products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners, primarily located in China.

  • Standard Delivery (USA): 8–20 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: May experience slightly longer transit times.

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided for general reference and are not guaranteed due to potential customs delays, logistical disruptions, or force majeure events.

3. Tracking Information

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All products are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. Shreeyammart complies with all international export and import regulations.

5. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Delivery

We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, any reshipment fees shall be borne by the buyer.

6. Split Shipments

Multiple-item orders may be shipped separately to expedite delivery, depending on warehouse availability.
